Arctic Wolves 0.1.0 is now live with some balancing, fixes and new things to do!

- Added ATV time trials

- ATVs can now be sold at the Mechanic

- Added security escort side-missions

- Balanced weapon damage & health

- Balanced various prices

- Increased difficulty for hard mode

- Various QoL improvements
